Answer: NEATforME.com provides many products including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, greeting cards, decals, lapel pins, pockets squares, and more that allow you to express yourself in your own unique way. The NEATforMEcom/NEAT4ME.com website is updated on a regular basis and new products will be added soon.
Question: How long will it take to receive my online order?
Answer: All online orders are processed in 7-10 business days and should be received 3-7 days after the order is processed and shipped. Processing and shipping times may be delayed during certain times of the year (holidays and inclement weather seasons). Please Note: We are not responsible for any delays that our shipping partners may be experiencing nationally due to covid 19, inclement weather, or other issues.
Question: How are NEATforME.com orders shipped to customers in the United States and international customers?
Answer: All USA and international orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or by DHL unless otherwise noted. International customers may incur additional international delivery, import, or brokerage fees that they have the responsibility to pay when their order is delivered. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and return shipping costs for their order including delivery costs in the United States, international delivery costs, international customs charges, international import fees, international inspection charges, international brokerage fees, international delivery fees, and other additional charges related to international shipments.
Question: Are NEATforME.com products made here in the USA?
Answer: Our clothing products (shirts, jackets, etc...) that require printing are pressed, printed, inspected, and shipped here in the USA. Our handmade products are also made, assembled, sewn, inspected, and shipped from our location here in the USA. Our products and materials are sourced from suppliers here in the USA who may import some of the products from other countries.
Question: Does NEATforME.com allow customers to place custom orders for items that have graphics or other printing on them?
Answer: At this time we do not allow custom orders to be placed for our products containing graphic or printed phrases or messages. We may offer this service in the future.
