How to measure your chest:
Using a tape measure, measure under your armpits from one side of your body to the other. Be sure to measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Make sure the tape measure fits snug but not too tight.
Keep your chest in the normal position while measuring. Do not flex or expand your chest beyond the normal position.
